Women Empowerment Initiatives
At Re Sustainability, we are deeply committed to fostering the inclusion and empowerment of women, both within our organization and in the communities, we serve. Through our dedicated initiatives, we strive to empower women to achieve financial independence and promote socio-economic equality in the societies they belong to.

Our approach to women's empowerment is holistic, addressing various interconnected dimensions that contribute to their self-reliance. We provide comprehensive support in acquiring income-generating skills and financial management expertise, while also facilitating access to government schemes that can further enhance their opportunities. Moreover, we actively disseminate information on women's rights, empowering them with knowledge and awareness.

In alignment with our overarching focus on promoting health, we organize health camps and awareness sessions specifically tailored to address women's health and hygiene needs. These initiatives aim to enhance their overall well-being and empower them to make informed decisions regarding their own health.

The impact of our efforts is tangible and inspiring. To date, we have witnessed the successful completion of training programs by 30 women at our Nellore center and 150 women in Mumbai. Many of these women have reported remarkable progress, as they have applied the skills they acquired to secure steady incomes and transform their lives. Notably, one of our training centers even received a work order for stitching school uniforms, showcasing the practical outcomes of our empowerment initiatives.

Through our training centers, we have empowered 86.5% of women to upskill themselves, enabling them to unlock new opportunities and pathways to success. The transformative nature of our programs is evident, with 88.5% of women attesting that our training has brought about positive changes in their lifestyles, instilling newfound confidence and independence.
