• Customized and responsive solution for collection and processing of 6,000 tons demolition debris.

• Waste transformed into 30,000 reusable paver blocks.
In a significant step towards sustainable waste management, ReSL collected 6,000 tonnes of debris from the demolition of the Super Tech twin towers in Noida for recycling in August 2022. The event was one of the largest controlled demolitions in India, drawing widespread attention for its scale and environmental implications.
ReSL implemented a customized and responsive sustainable solution, adapting to the scale and urgency of the project to efficiently manage the debris. At the facility, the waste was processed and transformed into 30,000 paver blocks. The plant operated in two shifts (6 am to 2 pm and 2 pm to 10 am) to maximize processing efficiency. This initiative supports resource conservation and promotes circular economy principles by converting waste into reusable products for the construction industry, which is one of the most carbon-intensive sectors.
